Pat, it's quite simple really: right click on the photo and then choose 'save picture as': you can store it in a temporary file and upload it to TT.
Because there is always a risk that people with less honourable intentions could use your photos, there is a way to protect images posted on the net, so they cannot be copied, but I don't think many artists are familiar with that.
