Hi guys,

My name is Adam and I've come here to ask for your help...

Early this summer my wife Celeste lost her childhood bear and travel mascot, Bashful, on her hen / bachelorette weekend in Amsterdam. He was given to her when she was born and has been on all her holidays, and always had a great time.

Here is a video of him on the way to Gatwick airport, having a read on a coach, and sinking some beers on a beach in Turkey.:

So I'm asking, do any of you know someone who would make a replica Bashful?

He was a one of a kind little bear, and though I can't really replace the guy, Bashful II would be a great tribute to him, making those painful reminders easier to bear!. It would also be a great surprise for Celeste this Christmas in time for our holiday abroad on the 26th of December.

Hi Adam, Just wondering whether you've searched ebay? Bashful appears to be an older manufactured bear - perhaps from the 1960s. I know they all look different once they've been loved (and taken on vacations), but he looks similar to others I have seen.

But perhaps a talented bear-maker can help you out, too. Good luck!
