I've tried Bear Basics but on their site it says they are out of stock.

I get mine from eBay.de. The pins are longer and you can buy them individually. You can translate the pages from German. The ones you can get in the UK have fat stubby pins that don't stick in very well to the bears face ....

I had never bought them from outside the UK up till last time. But I thought it was good that I didn't have to buy a whole set.
