Sylvia will be having a birthday on Monday 27th March, she will be 42.
Last year, she was involved in a car accident which left her a paraplegic. Can I ask you to send her a birthday wish, which I will print out and send to her. I hope you dont mind this .
She has just called me to remind me !!!!!!!!!!!! that it is her birthday and will I be sending Joyce with cookies to visit her.

Sylvia is an African woman and part of my extended family that I care for, for the past year she has been in hospital as we cannot find a place that will take her in. If I send her home with Joyce, Joyce can care for her, but she  is not a nurse and in Sylvia case she needs nursing care 24 hours, so  feel where she is although not ideal, at least she is cared for. Last Thursday she was taken to a sports day, and came second- someone pushed her in the wheelchair.
She cannot stop speaking about it.

I know she will be thrilled to get some messages
