Since autumn is here I would like to share something with a seasonal feel (: This is Cid an apple tree spirit, created from my design - Barn owl structure with the face resembling a cross sectioned apple, seeds are the eyes.
The stem, feet, eyes and beak are hand sculpted paper clay, painted and sealed. Excelsior stuffed.
Barn owl / Apple tree spirits dance to make the apples grow 
This is "Xiaolongbao" miniature bear. He's a charmed little panda bear born from delicious Chinese steam bun. Although he's too chubby to run away like the Gingerbread Boy so chances are he would be eaten
