What a wonderful bear!!!! I love how you called him "a well loved frumpy old bear ".
He's just perfect!
 I think the pins suggestion is a good one. I check my work every 5-10 stitches to make sure I will end up with even ends. I don't use a lot of pins but think I will start doing that. I like that idea....
Awwww! Thank you all soooo much!!!!
Encouragement just when I need it!!!
What an adorable bear, no wonder he sold so fast!!!
This is little Tofu. She is just 4.25 inches. Is made from wonderful pink sparse mohair, has a mildly wobbly head with black bead eyes, and is thread and disk jointed and has ultrasuede foot pads. I have shaded her face and footpads and then gave Tofu an overall aging. Her neck and flower adornment have also gone through the aging process.
She's just soooo cute, and is ready for adoption on Bearpile: http://teacuptreasurebears.bearpile.com
He's really, really cute!!!
 I totally agree. This is a special art form to be part of, and among such wonderful
people.
And the bears have such heart, even a bear that I'm not so happy with when done. After
he's been in the house and living with us for a while, my affection for the little miss-fit grows. They get
a little piece of our hearts as we make them, but then it seems that they take that little piece and
do the most amazing things with it.
I'm just so happy to have found bears!
As I sit and make bears, I think. (Yikes!) Anyway, in my mine I was trying to put in just a few words
how I feel about bears, bear making, how the bears might affect the purchasers emotions, or
how they just affect us all in general.
Now I was wondering what my fellow bear makers feelings are or thoughts are about the bears and how you
feel about your bears, others bears, bears in general.
We all have such a love of our craft, please share.
Back to thinking, I'll share my thoughts after I think a bit more.
Awwww! She is the sweetest thing!!!! I'm sure she will go quickly!!!
 yes Katy, give BearPile a try. Your bears are sooo cute!!!
And it's actually pretty simple, I think you would like it.
How cute!!! I love fuzzy bears!!! Nice job
 Thanks so much !! I really had such a nice time making her, and now she has
a new home and will start her travels today....Bye, bye Sunshine, I'll miss you!
 Thanks so much for the info and encouragement. From my first bear sale I even got
another order. Yay!!!! In my mind BearPile has already paid off. I'm a fan for sure!!!
Thanks a bunch!!
I was a bit hesitant to go on BearPile (I'm always leery of new stuff), but I think I'm gonna like it.
Hi All,
I just started on BearPile and to my surprise someone right away clicked on the "order" button.
How do I proceed? I'm so used to sites like eBay, and Etsy that automatically do the sell process.
Any comments and suggestions appreciated. I want to complete this process correctly so will wait
to hear what you have to say.
Thanks so much!
This little bearly 4 inch tall bear would surely brighten any cloudy day...(Too corny?)
She is pretty cute though. Sunshine is made from very soft Sassy fabric. Her head is
wobbly (but not too wobbly) and her tummy is 1/2 full of BBs and the rest is filled with
polyfill. She has ultrasuede foot pads & black bead eyes and embroidered nose
and mouth. I've also given her a bit of shading on her face, her front paws and feet.
I hope you find her as adorable as I do!
You can also find her in my Etsy shop, I know she'd love it if you stopped by. :D
Also, I'm giving BearPile a try, so you can find her over there too!
 Wow! He's reeeeeally cute!!! I love the way you've aged this little darling!!!
I could get to your website, but there was the yellow band at the top with the message regarding the fact that "this website is suspicious" I've been to your website a number of times before and never had that message come up.
This is the only time.
Maybe contacting them like Susan said would be a good idea...
 I don't know the first thing about Facebook, but I did go and sign up.
Your idea for an Artist Teddy Bears for Sale page is great.
I posted my current bear that's available for adoption. What a nice new option & it's free!
What a sweetie, she caught my eye right away!!!
Great fur too!
Yeah, the birds would taunt the cats!

LOL  You got that right!
 Thank you all!!!!
I usually work on my own patterns, but I love Chopper so much.
Different working with someone else's pattern, but, it's so fun and
I've even learned a bit from the experience. I'll definitely use the Chopper
pattern again....
Love and Bear Hugs
OOoooww! How adorable are these babies. I love birds, wish I could
have birds now, but I have two cats....
I used to have birds all the time I miss having them....
 Oh, you guys are the BEST!!!
Thanks so much!!!! I think I will give a go at the mohair now.
Oh my goodness!!!! How adorable, and I also love the nose.
Sooooooooo sweet!!!!
