Congratulations Karen on a wonderfull profile which I enjoyed emensly.
Also cangrats to Patsy and Karen A and all other contributers.
Special Congrats to Sandra, I thoughly enjoyed this issue, what a wonderfull job.
It was lovely to see your mark on the issue, certanly made a huge diference.
AAwww that is soooo cute
Aleta, that was a sweet coment, and no I wont beat you up
Daphne - It's true that you never know untill you try it.
I sure am giving it alot of thought.
I could give a demonstration and that gets you $50 off the price, it's a small savings in the scheme of things, but every little bit would help.
I would expect with the price of the booths that you would only get serious crafts people setting up and suplyers, so I wouldn't have to worry about having crap next door ( sorry about the wording but I couldn't think of a nice way to say that)
It would be heaps cheaper to do a bearshow or three or four, but then that wouldn't bring in new interest to the bearmaking industry, and that's what is needed.
I will let you know if I decide to do it, in the meantime any sugestions would help.
Oh, I love him.
What a great photo
Thankyou Tami
I have the ideal opportunity to promote the bear making industry.
There is a major craft exhibition coming up that's a three day event.
It has a huge amount of people that go through the doors.
So far there is no other bear makers there.
The bad news is that the cost is huge, and as it's craft based,
unless I make and sell lots of patterns and kits, which I haven't ventured into as of yet,
I will be out of pocket heaps, as I don't think you would get the collectors there.
I would love to attend, and if I could see a way of making part of the expense up I would, just for the promotional aspect.
Any suggestions would be welcome, I would hate to let this opportunity go by.
Congratulations Cloe,
and what wonderfull bears
Wow Daphnie, you must be so excited, I know I am, can't wait to see the movie
Oh how cute
thanks Tami, what a great pic
I think this is a great idea
I have always wondered about bid4bears, and would love to give it a go.
I also know that a couple of collectors on my mailout list have had no luck bidding on ebay because of swipers.
I do like the aspect of no swiping, just seems alot fairer.
Dilu, you always look on the bright side, no cooking for 5 whole months!!!!
Way to go
Oh that looks really lovely.
You all had better snuggle up in front of the fire
Awww you poor dear, better put your feet up and just make bears for awhile I think
Congrats Sonya,

AAwww what dear little things
Wow you all had some lovely presents for christmas, but I wouldn't swap mine for the world.
I drew back the loungeroom curtains in the morning and there right in front was a great big rainbow.
As you may know I have been nervous about the bushfires in the area. Well I had asked for rain for christmas, but I didn't think it would come with a bow on top
I just picked up my present from hubby today, two little finches. I have yet to name them, but they are so cute.
I will take a photo tomorrow and maybe you all can help me
Enjoy your break with the family
Well done on surviving Christmas with 10 Dogs, don't know how you managed

Looks like we will have Christmass after all.
The rains kicked in here about 11pm reaching the fire area before anymore homes were lost.
With the cooler weather forcast and more showers on the way, we will be able to have Christmass
The rain will not put the fire out, but it will help with securing containment lines.
I don't mind addmitting I was scared, not for myself but for my family, especially when I saw a map from DSE that predicted that the fire would go right through Traralgon where my Mum and one of my Daughters live.
All threats to communitees have been withdrawn from the CFA.
I am smiling from ear to ear now
We get Christmass after all
