I haven't done mine yet...and I won't go into why but it has to do with my camera not shooting 300 dpi...enough said.
ICE CREAM -- You like sports, whether it be baseball, football, basketball, or soccer. If you could, you would like to participate, but you enjoy watching sports. You don't like to give up the remote control. You tend to be self-centered and high maintenance

I grew up watching FOOTBALL only because my mother is a fanatic...and I only watch football and basketball now because of my sons otherwise I wouldn't. I'm NOT self-centered and I don't care what anyone else says...and I'm not high maintenance...now I must go get my hair, makeup and my nails done before my next game.
mucking about
I just love that phrase.
Beautiful picture...city or not!!! I have a love/hate relationship with snow too. I love it as long as I can stay inside with a nice hot cup of whatever but hate it as soon as I have to go out in it.
Thanks for sharing.
AWWWWWWWW...how sweet. And how is Golly by the way?
Hi Marilyn,
Many of us use auction templates such as those from www.sellersourcebook.com or robshelp.com and others create their own which involves knowing how to create them using html.
If you go up to the Library (where the little smiley guy waving his arms is) and chose ebay and then scroll through, you might find some topics where this has been discussed before that might help.
I personally use sellersourcebook. There is a monthly fee of $8. You can do it either every 3 months or 6 months or yearly which makes it a bit cheaper depending on how much you want to pay up front. It's really simple to use. Others prefer robshelp but I found it complicated...that's me though.
Good Luck with whatever it is you chose.

Oh...and all the worry and nonsense a few days ago that noone would like your bears...see...you should listen to me more often...
Lovely stand as usual. Congratulations on a very successful show.
Congrats Judi...well deserved I might add. But what is it with all the teasing going on here on TT these days. First it's Aleta with her buying bits and bobbles and now Judi...who's next? Now stop it...I can't take the pressure...patience is NOT one of my better virtues.
Penny, Yosemite IS breathtaking. I've been there a couple times. Once as a child and once as an adult and both times I LOVED it. The mountains truly reach into the heavens.
I've always wanted to go to Maui and not for the reason most want to go. My friend Angie is from there and grew up on a pineapple plantation. I'd like to go with her and just see it from HER view...eat the foods her family prepares and not the touristy stuff. Other than that I've always wanted to head to your part of the world...the UK and see all the old castles and ruins and such.
Awww....Tracy. I feel for you. I truly do. I have spent a small fortune over the past week on our little treasure trove of kitties and I'm not done yet. It's breaks my heart when someone just dumps them but then I think to myself...at least they are dumped where they will be taken care of and not out where they have to fend for themselves or just not taken care of at all. The shelters are often so full any more that it's even hard for THEM to adequately care for all the animals anymore and THAT is sad.
HUGE HUGE kitty hugs to you for loving them and giving them all they NEED even if it's only for a short time.

P.S. I forgot to add...my closest neighbor who lives about 1/8th of mile from me has 4 little babies at his house...just showed up...no ideas from where. They've been there about 6 weeks...no mamma...just babies...maybe 4 months old.
I did manage to go back for a "nap."
Roxanne, your poor hubby...so does he have a black eye NOW?
Spiders...don't particularly like them...can't say I'm afraid of them but snakes well now that's another story. They just plain creep me out with their slithery crawly cold flickery tongued ways....ewwwwwwwwwwwwww!!!

Dilu...it's 4 a.m. and the bigger question is what are we BOTH doing UP?
6 to 8 servings
you got to be kidding...I'd have that down in ONE
Yes, it's all bear related.

You'll just have to wait and see what it's all about.
You're just a big tease aren't ya?
It will be spectacular no doubt and worth the wait!!! Although, I'm not known for my patience...

I'm on my way......
Actually...that's EXACTLY what I did. I took a few needle sculpting stitches in the inner corners of the eyes to sink the eye sockets in and make more of bridge for the nose. Instead of securing each eye seperate I semi tied one then tied the other and got them even then secured them. I use to do it this way all the time and apparently need to go back to this method even though it is more cumbersome (for me anyway) and time consuming but the end result is better.
I need to practice needle scuplting more...it just takes me forever to do.
I have prevailed....I'm not a stubborn SCORPIO for nothin!!!

I had to hunt for it too Chrissi...it's actually one of those sidebar thingymagig's...page 44...on the left. ![]()
Tami,
I use the method that Nancy Tillberg describes in her book 101 Bears exiting as close as possible to the neck disc as possible. I think that Heather may be on to something as I am using some different polyfil. I had not even thought of that. It's a bit "loftier" and even though I stuffed as firm as I normally do I wonder if it's shifting more...make sense?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...this poor little panda is blind at the moment...poor bear!!!
I have NEVER had this happen before...and I'm feeling rather stupid because I can't figure out what on earth I'm doing this time around but here it goes.
I'm setting eyes...as usual...but obviously I must being doing something out of the oridinary but what I haven't a clue. I get one eye in...set the other and then the original pops loose or semi loose from it's original position so they are no longer even in depth...what the heck?
HELP...now I've set a few eyes here...I'm not a novice...I'm feeling really STUPID STUPID STUPID!!!
I literally have made my fingers bleed from redoing this poor set of eyes. AUGH
Dilu....you little Golly stinker...you have outdone yourself. These two are delightful. Just in time for Christmas...are they dancing in the Nutcracker? I LOVE THEM and I know absolutely zilch, notta, zip, nuthin about ballet.

It's a mess in Washington and Oregon. I was JUST reading in my local paper (it's an evening edition) that we broke a record of 3.5 inches of rain in 24 hours. The previous record was 2.36 inches set in 1906.
In Gleneden Beach (pronounce Glen Eden) they are trying to save a house that the ocean is washing away the embankment. They are trucking in huge loads of gravel and using backhoes, etc. As of a couple hours ago...the ocean was winning. It's a beautiful new home and their insurance will not pay for it of course...consider "act of God." Sad....
Kitties are fine...safe and dry, fat and sassy sleeping on the porch.
I don't know about you...but the pasture is flooding...the little creek is over flowing and the water is almost to the edge of the little bridge you cross coming to my house. I'd say it's a tad wet out there today.
I'm dreading my drive to Portland tomorrow. I have an eye appointment and my doctor's office move to the WATERFRONT so I have no idea where I'm going...yes I have directions but it's still going to be raining...ICKY!!!!
Drippy bear hugs,
Here ya go Wendy...and I might say the ONLY reason I know about this is because I started it many moons ago and have referred back to it a time or dozen.
Grab a cuppa (is that right) and enjoy...
Congrats...March 29 is a good day. My oldest was born that day and he's a good kid!!!
The more I work on them too the more I am convinced no-one will like them..It's a bit like cooking a dinner..when it comes to sitting down to eat I am never hungry don't like the look of the food!!
Awww...Jenny they are incredibly cute, sweet and just brings out the child in me (I'm only speaking for myself). In terms of the cooking thing, I DO THAT TOO!! I love to cook but by the time I've sampled this or nibbled on that I'm sick of it all and don't want to eat and then everyone wonders what I put it in.
Your bears will do wonderful...doubt you come home with a single bear.
