Hi Shantell
I can help you with a lot of patterns from babyborn. I can scan you what you need to a doll 42 cm,
and you can size them down.
Hugs Birgitte
Hi Wanda
I would really like to have them. And of cause, I pay for the shipping.

Hi Jane - Doodlebears
Thank you for making me a better photo to TeddyTalk with Flinders - the traveller bear.
Its really sweet of you.

Hi Claire
I hope, that you can use the picture, or I will try to explain to you in words.
Let me know.
Hugs Birgitte
Hi Claire
Is it like this?
You will have to make some changes with the pattern. First, you have to seperate the foot from the leg. Then you
put the two pieces of the foot together and draw a big foot.
Hugs Birgitte
Hi Kathy
She is adorable. How bad she fell apart.
What are you using for backing?
I haven`t finish my first real fur bear yet, but I can see, what
I can expect.

Hi Matilda
How do you do your bear`s toes? We really like to know.
Hugs Birgitte
Hi Shelli
Just like you, I trim the headpieces before sewing together.
I find it easyer to do, because I am not very good at clipping.
Fae is gorgeous.
What is a five-o-clock-shading?

I don`t sew in the mohair, only in the ultrasuede.
Notice the little stitch on the top, that is the one, that will do the difference.
Thank you for the kind words.
Hugs Birgitte
When I make pulled toes - I take a little stitch between the mohair and ultrasuede with each toe.
Jennifer Laing`s book: Constructing Teddy and friends. Page 42. I think, that it works great.

Hi Judi
They look very nice. I have to try it some day. Do you just needlefelt on ultrasuede?
Hugs Birgitte
This is the eyelids, I have - if you can see them.
Hi Judi
Oh she is beautyfull.
What kind of glue did you use?
I have eyelashes in a long straight line, made of mink. But the eyelids I have, is made of plastic or rubber.
But the look in your bear is what I want to achive.
Hugs Birgitte
How wonderfull of you two, to continue Danni`s great work.
If I can be of any help, please let me know.
Hugs Birgitte
I will thank you all for the good idea´s, but I want to have the lashes on eyelids of plastic or rubbergum or leatherband.
I have seen it on bears from www.patscraftsfurbears.com but can`t get it to stay on.
I have tried it on ultrasuede, and it worked fine but it wasn`t the look I want.
Do you know what I mean.
Hugs Birgitte
I am so sorry, that Andrew passed away. It is always very sad, when one of the bears
is died. But it is a comfort to know, that he had some good years. Thank god for people
like Jill Robinson.
There is a travelling bear on Cheap Chat, there is to be sold on Ebay, when his travel is ended, and all the money is going to the Moonbears. His name is Flinders, and yes he had visiting me here in Denmark.

To Judi
The white bear in your avatar - how did you make those lovely foodpads. Is it Sculpy clay or
is it needlefelted.
Hugs Birgitte
Is there anybody, who can help me, how to add eyelashes.
I have tried several times. but it wouldn`t work.
I have tried four different glue, and it will not stay on, and the lashes got stiff.
I used the plastic eyelids - and it was difficolt to put them on.Does anyone have a good
idea. :
I will be very happy, if I can solve this problem.
Hugs Birgitte
Hi Shelli
Why don`t you write a book. You have so many great techniqui`s. I will be the first to buy your book.
