Thank-you for the nice comments!
Thanks, Mary!
It actually took a while to get the scale just right ~ and working that small, well, some of you know those difficulties.
The Dollhouse Dainties from Cobblestone Creations are teeny tiny mice or bears that are sized to fit perfectly into your half scale (1:24) dollhouse.
They stand only 1½ and 2½ inches tall!
They are available separately or as a set of 4 on my website:

Thank-you, Vicki!
I must admit I had fun creating her sewing room too with all those tiny bolts of fabric and itsy bitsy spools of thread.
Thank-you, AutumnWood Bears!
So happy you like her.
Thank-you to all my collectors for getting me to #100 in my series of the Citizens of Cobblestone Circle.
To mark such a milestone, I just had to do something special, and perhaps predictable.
Citizen #100 is Eleanor Thistlewhitte ~ the owner of the sewing shop. I hope you have a moment to drop by my website and meet her.

Such personality ~ great job!!
Sometimes Thanksgiving feels a bit lost between all the attention to Halloween and Christmas,
but here are two (three) little friends to help add some whimsy to your home this month.
Loads of detail on this set ~ her mocassins alone took quite a while to construct.
More photos on my website.

Thanks for your kind words, Karen. Actually we already love the area and are over the moon about beginning this new adventure. Just wish the actual moving part was over already. So much to do . . . sigh . . .
Thanks Gail! The company my husband will be working for is in Rockland ~ about 1.5 hrs north of Portland. It's that midcoast region we simply fell in love with. Funny the twists and turns life can take.
I am so happy to let you all know that after 22 years in Wisconsin we are moving to Maine!
I invite you to stop my blog to read the details:

Although I am nowhere near as experienced as the others who have posted here, I will offer one other idea.
Even though the wool roving comes in so many fantastic colors these days, I wanted the needlefelted area to be an exact match to the mohair on my bears, so I took the scraps I had after cutting out my pieces, and using a razor, cut the mohair fibers from its backing. I then used carding tools to get it to the consistency of wool roving. It felted beautifully since it, like wool, is hair.
Did someone call for tea?
Lottie is my first faux fur bear (sooooo luxurious!) and she's dressed as an old fashioned British Chamber Maid.
A silver tray and teaset are also included.
$250 includes shipping.
I hope you enjoy taking a peek at her on my website:
