These are beautiful, and I love the colors. Do they take you a long time to make?

I'm with Heather. What is the difference between setting up a blog or a web site. I have looked into several options already (Frontpage, Tripod, Homestead, Lunarpages), and now blogs. Typepad that Shelli mentioned seems very easy and would be quick to set up. It's getting very confusing, any help in explaining this would be great!!!

Tracy - Everyone is back in their homes now since their electricity went out. My parents tried to stay in their house 1 night and when they got up in the morning it was only 50 degrees inside. Then there was the challenge of trying to get into town due to all of the ice and the snow drifts. Thank goodness my sister has an SUV, or they would have been stuck in a very cold house. The ice was so thick on the side of the house that when the wind blew the whole house would crackle.
I'm glad to hear that you are getting plowed out, have fun at your dinner at Gradma's house.
Where are you in Iowa? I grew up in Charles City.
Lynn
Great pictures Tracy!!!! I grew up in Northern Iowa and now live in the Milwaukee area. My family members that still live there lost their electricity and ended up in a hotel for several days. They got 1 inch of ice, snow and high winds, sounds like it was a nasty snow storm. Good luck, warm weather is coming soon!!!!

Ellen:
I was just looking under the needlefelting section and someone has given directions for needlefelting jewlery. The directions specifically shows felting a wire bracelet, thought this might help.
Lynn
Thanks for the advise. I have only made a couple of small bears and I have used plastic pellets, I will have to give the stainless steel from Luann's a try.
Lynn
I bought some zinc plated Daisy BB's to use for weighting bears from Gander Mountain. My husband, who sells plated parts, said that he thought they would work as good as stainless steel as there wouldn't be any dust or rust. What do you think?
Lynn
Love your puppy!!!!! We have a springer also, they are great family dogs.
Have Fun with him!
