24/7 Bears all day!  YIPPIE!!!  When we jumped into teddies full time it was the best feeling ever, and it still is!

I don't know what the reasoning would be.  We love to ship our bears all over the globe...And we pay for the shipping worldwide for all of our website bears.   

I love it when we ship to a new country - and  I like to keep track of which countries our bears are residing in.

Has anyone done "Featured First" and had any success with it?  We've always featured for years, and now done the "Featured Plus" since the change, and it's impossible to find our listings....."Featured First" is expensive, but I'd do it if it's worthwhile.  Has anyone used it and noticed an increase in views?  Ebay is/was such a great way to get exposure, but their new look is really hindering that.

Could you please provide some stats on The Teddy Patch?  It sounds interesting, but I'm wondering what is your sell through rate, etc.

Bearpile is AWESOME!!  I've gotten so many new collectors from that site, and Dave Stack is fantastic.  He also has a new site Dollpile.com for dolls.

I totally agree with you.  I hate, hate, hate what is going on with the DSR's, and I especially hate that this is happening to Karen.  Ebay has many flawed policies, and I hope they address them.  But ebay is still an important venue for many artists, and I also still love to buy things using ebay. 

Karen, I hope that there is some way to fix this.  Have you discussed this on the ebay boards at all?  Maybe "Seller Central"?  I think it's important to get your story out there.

I asked Ebay how to improve my search ranking, as I am in the"green" as far as their stupid dashboard goes.  They said I had to be a powerseller, which I don't list that often so that won't happen anytime soon.  Also they said if I list MORE items it'll go up....and that won't happen as it's art we are creating, not reselling things.  They've ruined it for bear artists and everyone else like us.

I ALWAYS pay to feature...even back when it was $20, then it was $9.99, which was great.

This new "featured plus" or whatever is CRAZY.  I did the regular $9.99 feature, which apparently isn't really being featured anymore as my auction has hardly had any looks compared to what we usually have.

It's so maddening! 

OH NO!  Ugh I'm so hating ebay.  This 21 day hold is the pitts, and the "featured' fiasco is such a PITA.  I featured and my auction has about 1/3 of the looks that it they usually do at this time.

Cyndee I might take you up on that!  He's such a big dog, and he tends to listen to Jack so far much more than me....But it's only day 5 and he's doing really good.

I think he's learning to stay away from my mohair! lol

Yep for sure Lisa! lol.  I keep singing that to him, and he keeps looking at me like I'm totally crazy.  So he's already learned I'm nuts.  That's a good thing.

I might get doggie DNA testing done on him to see what exactly he is.  There are several companies that do it.  Could be interesting!  And it's around $80-$90, so I think that's pretty good.

At the very bottom of the page you can switch back to the old listing format....At least I did it and ALL the featured ones are together up top again.

Jack and I adopted a puppy from our local shelter 3 days ago.   He is only 5 months old, and is already at least 70 pounds.  He's super loveable and nice, and I hope one of these days he'll be able to get along with our 2 cats!  He is housebroken, which is great, and I taught him how to shake yesterday.  He is really smart.

We haven't decided on a name yet.  Lisa from Oz Matilda gave me the name Ozzie, and I've been calling him that.  His name from the shelter and in foster care was Nikki, and I'm thinking he knows that name, but I don't really like it.

We think he is a an Anatolian Shepherd and maybe a Great Dane mix?  I think he's got other breeds as well.  He's my big Pound Puppy Mutt!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this panda.  Jack finished her yesterday, and I'm waiting to hear back from the collector about what she would like to name her.   I think she's so cute!

This is Gordy, a little 9" bear that I think is just perfect for this fall season.  I listed him on our website last night, and he sold before I could list him in the "available" page here on TT, so I figured I'd show him off in the "showcase" forum.
