Congratulations Gemma. You all look wonderful. I hope you have a long and happy life together.

Bernard is the first bear I have made with a growler. He growls when you tilt him towards you.
I used one of the plastic ones, and to be honest the sound reminds me of a sheep. But, it makes me chuckle every time I hear it, and I think it suits Bernard to a tea.
Whitby is my home from home. A lovely little town that never seems to change.
We go back up there for the next gothic weekend at the end of October. I can't wait!!
I would be working on a rota, so I would need to do something where I could change my hours as and when needed.
I am looking around for a new job, and I found an advert in the paper for "Student Veterinary Care Assistant".
The salary they will provide is £11079 p.a. and will rise to £13405 p.a. upon completing and passing the training course.
This means that I will be taking a big pay cut (after buying our house in December) and I will need a second job.
I would be working a 38 hour week at the vets, on a rota. On top of that I need to do at least another 14 hours in another job (basing pay on minimum wage of £5.40) to make my salary back up to the £15000 that I earn now.
I also have to make time for my home life with Rob and Dino too.
I'm in a bit of a pickle.
Any advice?
I don't know how the pre-pay phones work, as I've never had one.
Have you thought about having a 'pay as you go' phone? I don't know if you have them over there, but there is no line rental, so you only pay for the calls that you make (with top up vouchers).
If you need to use your phone a lot, this might not be the best option though.
There were some big puddles around Mexborough on Friday, but the weather doesn't seem to be quite as bad the past week or so.
Here is a link to our local newspaper. It had a supplement a couple of weeks ago about the floods in and around Barnsley, plenty of pictures.
I am supposed to be at work today. It usually takes me 20 mins at the most to get there, but a couple of the roads I use to get to work are flooded. It took me 1½ hours (turning around twice) to get half way there. I decided to turn around and go home. It has just taken me another 1½ hours to get home, this should have taken me 2 mins tops.
My friend has got a couple of rats. She says that they are great pets, very friendly.
We were considering getting a rat a couple of years ago, but decided against it since I was living between two houses.
Jodi- They eat crickets and greens. He is mainly on crickets (not my favourite creatures, but I'm getting used to them) at the mo.
He does like to be held, in fact he fell asleep on my hand earlier, hehe.
We got our little bearded dragon yesterday. I don't know whether it is male or female yet, but s/he is called Dino.
17 fur bears, 2 needle felted bears, and 1 dog.
Ooh. Now I think about it.
Take a look at www.begoths.com.
Lots of gothy dolls. I have some of the "Kindergoths" (these are in the drop-down list called store, and under begoths plush).
Hugs,
Kat
They are cool!!!
Me too!!
Thanks for the info.
I will let you know what we get. Although it might not be for a while yet.
If I am stressed I can't get motivated to do much of anything. I can't even watch a full programme on tv because I can't concentrate on anything for very long.
I hate being stressed!! In fact I have just done a stress management course which was brilliant, very informative and helpful.
Aww, they're so cute! We are thinking about getting a lizard at some point.
What are bearded dragons like as pets Gemma? Are they easy to keep?
Hugs,
Kat
Try www.worldlingo.com it will translate the text for you. The free version doesn't translate everything, but it does do most of the site. The application form using this is all in english. You can translate it to other languages too.
That happened to me too Amelia. Corey sorted it out and the new copy is on its way to me. I should hopefully have it by Saturday.
I got a reply from TB&F about the facebook issue, and I have just ordered my copy. I can't wait to see it.
Thanks for offering to get me a copy Jodi.
