Hip hip hip hourra! for Peter and Kassie! I think he is eating so much because he has stayed a few days without eating! He needs some calories to get stronger! He he he!
I vote for Peter as the Easter Bunny of 2006!

I am happy you joined the forum!
Unfortunately, I cannot goopen your website on any of my internet browser on my Mac... So I cannot see your nice bears!!!
So unfair! It does not work with Safari or Firefox, neither with Internet Explorer v2.5.3.

I send you a lot of love, Sandy, and an ocean full of hugs! I am sooo sorry to hear that your beloved Magic had to leave you! Well, the good point is that she should not suffer anymore where she is now...
I understand very well how hard it it to loose a beloved animal!
Take care, Sandy!

Oh, poor poor sweetheart!
I will cross my fingers for your dearest dog! i hope the vet will find how to heal her!
Beary hugs,
Sophie.
Oh, dear! So mcuh pain!
I have been lucky so far not to hurt myself while sewing. Oh, of course, a few times I have picked my fingers: amicro drop of blood and no more. Maybe that is because i sew very slowly!
I have got sore fingers after I have finished the nose and claws, of course...
That is nothing compared to what happened to some of you, though...
But I do beleive that my turn will eventually come, and I hope that that day i won't put some blood on my bear!!!
Beary hugs,
Sophie.
Just follow your idea! Maybe with a new name and some makeover, this bear will be very successful in your heart and for potential buyers!
Beary hugs,
Sophie.
You are so true, Aleta!
I love so much chatting here that my life would become empty without you all!
Beary hugs,
Sophie.
Well, time is running, and St Patrick is approaching...
Have you finished your swap bears?
Mine is finished. Well, I think it is. I don't think about any detail to add. I am very happy with him.
This bear has been a real challenge to make: I have tried so many new technics on him!
So now he is going to stay home for a few more days, to give me time to enjoy him and take many many pictures.
Sabine said me she had finished my bear too. He he he!
Beary hugs,
Sophie.
PS: Could it be possible to make a new sticky topic in which we would put pictures of our swapping bears?
You are doing well, Kassie! Peter looks very brave!
Keep fighting, both of you! I am sure you will make it!

Beary hugs,
Sophie.

Well done Tracy! Your sister and you did the right thing! Finger crossed your dad will quickly find a new job! In france too, finding a job for people over 50 years old, it is very very hard. For younger people it is hard too...
Maybe you should get your parents into teddy bear making!!!
and make a family business!
Sorry to joke about that, but life is so unfair it is good to smile sometimes! I am myself unemployed, and this is driving me crazy sometimes: what was the point of making so long studies, getting a nice PhD diploma, if that was to become unemployed after only a one-year contract? Compared to your dad, i am still very young, and will eventually find a job. For eldest people, the problem is employers do prefer youngers for many reasons, like old people may get retired after just a few years, or can get ill, etc, so would not be a good investment!!! how odd! they always forget that older people have many years of experience and could be very helpful!
I really hope that things will get better soon for your parents and will cross my fingers for them.

Take care, Tracy!
Beary hugs,
Sophie.
You must be right, shantell: that does make sense!
Thank you very much!
I will try Dilu's technic as soon as I have finished the waist coat! One piece after the other!
Beary hugs,
Sophie.
Right, I did not understood everything... Was it "higs" you wanted to write? If yes, I did not find that word in my dictionnary...
Thanks for helping!
Beary hugs,
Sophie.

I want to make baggy pants for my bear, but have only got patterns for classical pants...
Do i just have to make largers pieces or is there some specific patterns that works better?
Please, help!
Can someone give me a pattern i could use as a model?
Many thanks,
Beary hugs,
Sophie.
