He sure has landed on his paws at your place  bear_wub   And I love the name "Bart".  One of the sweetest dogs I've ever groomed and known was named Black Bart ~ abandoned by his owner too.

But you are wonderful for taking Bart in. I bet he will now live happily ever after!  bear_original  You are a wonderful fairy godmother--or should I say dogmother?
