This story is so sad and to have something like that happen so close to me, it has just tore my heart out,         I just can't believe that some people out there are that cruel and SICK!
I hope this guy rots in hell sorry but I really do................they are trying to get 10,000 to sign so please take the time to do it..........thank you.....

The guy will do time!

He's already been in the slammer and he's already been arraigned on the charges.  They have the guy on video, stealing the dog and they have testimony that says he intended to kill the dog.

It looks like a slam dunk case!

I've signed it too Tami...that poor poor dog, it's heartbreaking  ......  I hope justice is done we need to try and put a halt to all this animal cruelty.
I agree with Jane, toss him in jail and throw away the key  and perhaps if more received long jail sentences for crimes against animals it would deter others from committing this type of atrocity

This absolutley breaks my heart...I can't decide if I'm going to cry or to throw up.  How can people do such things?--I know that I shall never understand.

I signed and sent to more and launched it in my facebook. i have 4 rescue dogs that have been through hell god it just makes you feel totally sick to the core.

It breaks my heart to read these stories.  How can anyone be this cruel??

Locking him up and throwing away the key would be too lenient for this guy  .
