I just can't believe that some people out there are that cruel and SICK!
I hope this guy rots in hell sorry but I really do................they are trying to get 10,000 to sign so please take the time to do it..........thank you.....

He's already been in the slammer and he's already been arraigned on the charges. They have the guy on video, stealing the dog and they have testimony that says he intended to kill the dog.
It looks like a slam dunk case!

I've signed it too Tami...that poor poor dog, it's heartbreaking ...... I hope justice is done we need to try and put a halt to all this animal cruelty.
I agree with Jane, toss him in jail and throw away the key 
and perhaps if more received long jail sentences for crimes against animals it would deter others from committing this type of atrocity
