Apparently nowadays because of these scammers, you are best to put a buy it now only with immediate payment required by Paypal- of course that can stop some legitimate bidders but it helps weed out the scammers.
Sorry that you got stuck in this- I am sure that the money would have come in very handy:(
Congratulations Gemma, thats wonderful
Your little bear has such a sweet expression.
Chrissie - We'll be in the Kennebunkport area as that's where Henry's job is and where my parents live.
We go to Freeport a few times a year and stay there every year on our anniversary. LOVE to go to LL Beans! My uncle lives in Bar Harbor and we love to visit and go shopping there! When are you coming back to Maine???
oh wow, Kennebunkport how lovely! There's some gorgeous old houses in that area, and awesome shops and inns and stuff- I imagine it would be an expensive area for house hunting
We stayed in an old Inn there, supposedly Paul Newman had slept in my room/bed
That last pic of the gymnast is freaking me out
Congratulations Kerren, what a lovely Christmas Gift!:)
you clever girl Sarah!
Sarah, I get excited when I come across a rabbit too lol I am such a dag;) I was driving home one day and there were two rabbits just sitting on the footpath eating... one looking at the cars going past... I said out loud, "rabbits, two rabbits and they are just sitting there" and I was the only one in the car lol.
I'd just love a pet rabbit:)
How lovely Clare! Very clever.....It just amazes me how people can make such cute grungy stuff
It must be scary grunging it up, I'd be afraid to ruin it haha....
Santas Repair kit is too cute!:)
Birgitte, your mother and child are adorable, the armature gives them so much more life doesn't it? They have such sweet expressions.
Deer are so pretty! Yet so many people when you say that say things like ' oh they are covered in ticks' or 'they eat my flowers' hehe. Mind you I was not too impressed the morning I discovered a wombat had visited overnight and eaten my Iris buds- or the house I lived at before this one where the Kangaroos would visit at night and eat all the peaches off the tree ;)
Ugh rabid animals, thankfully thats one thing we don't have to worry about in Australia! We dont have rabies here, one of the reasons for our strict quarantine laws.
I can't imagine how people can enjoy killing animals like Moose for fun, ugh.
Hehe those sneaky Wombats hiding from you Melissa! Us Aussies can be so sneaky hehe
Sometimes I see an Echidna on our dog walks- when they hear you coming, they bury themself into the ground, leaving only their spiky backs exposed. We also have a lot of Wombats around, and the odd Kangaroo. Unfortunately the Wombats we only usually see when they get hit by cars
I love seeing wild animals- when I visit the US I love seeing Squirrels, they are soooo cute- and don't even get me started on Chipmunks! lol.
Sarah your sister is so lucky having a resident Koala!
Melissa, I wonder how on earth a MOOSE got loose in NZ? lol... our lovely Possums are a problem there too aren't they. I never knew you didn't have native land mammals there- learn something new every day
Hey Karen, I haven't used it in bears but we use it in all our cloth bodied dolls and its wonderful stuff. I can't see why it wouldn't be as good in bears- if you can design to accomodate it or have the patience to fiddle with hardware to attach it to joints
Both of which have made me put that plasic armature in the too hard basket for now.
Oh, and some people complain that it squeaks- but I can't see why this is a problem because the only time it makes noise is when you move it. WIth some sizes you definitely need the special pliers to snap it together and apart as well.
