Hi everybody,
I felt like doing a needle felted piece again, inspired by some of the most wonderful pieces shown in this forum and I would like to introduce you to "Ginger", approx. 4 inches tall.
Hugs,
Marion
Thank you again, Sarah and also thank you Judi, Michelle and Jane.

Hi Sarah,
thank you for the nice comment on my Liesel.
Yes, the bear is entirely crocheted, not a single part is mohair or any kind of other fabric. Face, paw pads, everything is crocheted. All I have when I start is a crochet hook and several different threads which I like to combine to achieve an interesting look of the "fur".
I don't ever use a pattern and work "as I go". I see how the threads that I am combining "turn out" and during my work I give the bear the shape by adding or combining/decreasing stitches.
I also like to dress my bears as they are mostly babies and toddlers. In general all their clothing is designed and made by me for each bear individually.
Huggies,
Marion
Mikki, this is an incredible piece of art. You are very talented and I think I said in in another post: I love

Mr. Cider is very cute. I love his facial expression.
He does not seem to mind a little chill in the air wearing his warm coat.

You created a very lovely bear. The way you adapted the clothing is perfect and gives him a lot of character.
I also love the wavy mohair you have used.
