Hi Tara,
   All of my synthetic creatures look like Chewbacca at first! Frightens me everytime!

He is adorable!
I hear models need lot's of "beauty rest"...
Aww...Kimberly  Thanks for telling me that!! Made my day..... I love that bear, too!
She was special because I was making her for you!
I am very proud of my
"BearBottoms" bear, Alexander!!!!
I have tried to crochet some....but; after 25 years of it, my hands and arms ache.
I'm not used to it anymore!

Hi Mary,
Never too late! Thank you for the size chart.
I made a bear from a black mink jacket. She is 6" tall...so, a miniature! My first time! She has wire armature and miniature joints. I really got a good taste of how difficult it is to sew and turn these little miracles! I truly admire the artists who create the "little ones"
Hugs,
JeannieB :)
PS I did not make the tiny bear! Sorry about the pics...I've never been able to take good pictures of black bears! :photo:
Hi Judi,
I can imagine it's a ton of work to compete as you have! I, for one really enjoy seeing your creations in competitions and otherwise.
Your article in Teddy Bear and Friends: Sugar Bear, is really a neat way to share your talent. I'm thinking about trying it!
Maybe bear awards don't necessarily make you a better artist.....but, inspire others to be!?!
See how you feel in the Fall?

Hi Lisa,
I live in NC. There is an event coming to Galax, Va. on October 10-12. "Steiff on the Mountain". Bev White (Teddies To Go) will be there.....you may find that a good "hands on" experience.
Try: bearlyamemory.com for more information.

Hi,
Congratulations on your pregnancy!! Tell us when you know it's a girl or boy.
I enjoyed my visit to your web-site. Soothing colors and easy to use....plus, I just like looking at your adorable creations!

Amanda,
Hmmm.......I don't recall paying a "fee" for any purchases I've made from EU. I must not be spending enough?
Shipping costs to the UK are high.
I am curious to see if anyone has more information on this. I want to buy the "Charlie Bear", Jorja. I haven't been able to find one, yet.
Hugs,
JeannieB

I'm happy to hear "Smudge" has a hoppy ending and new home!!
Hugs,
JeannieB
Thank you Christine and Amanda.
I am still tinkering with my pattern trying to get it proportioned the way I want it to look. It's hard for me to conceive cutting a whole bear from a 9'' x 9'' square! Good thing I got two of them

JeannieB
Hi all,
Silly question here. Is the size of a miniature measured when sitting, or standing?
I usually say my "giant" bears are 14" sitting and 16" standing. I guess I truly don't know how to measure, exactly
Hugs,
JeannieB
Hi Judi,
Sent you an e-mail with my old bears info. hopefully they are related! Maybe, Farnell and Parisi manufactered similar patterns?? If I found one I would send it for free!!!
Hugs,
JeannieB
Alexis,
I'm sooo glad you started this post! I have learned a lot and just placed my Sassys order!
Wish me luck....in the mini world my "normal" bears are giants. Can't wait to see my pattern in a mini bear.....

Hi Lisa,
