Hi Paula
You might also want to try Beary Cheap Teddymaking supplies in Australia, although I think you want to get the faux fur that they have at the throw company.  I've been eyeing out their fabric for quite a while but will have to save up my pennies first  bear_ermm  Let me know if you order some and how it looks when you get it.
By the way, you don't sound anywhere near senile.  I actually thought you were very young  bear_flower  bear_laugh

I am so very disappointed  bear_sad  I ordered a book, The Complete Book of Teddybear Making Techniques by Alicia Merrett and Ann Stephens through Amazon and it looks like it has got lost in the post as I ordered two months ago and the seller says it should have arrived by now.  I feel like crying, I was so looking forward to getting this book.  Just wanted to tell somebody who understands  bear_cry

I don't know if anyone else does this but I have now started to tack my bear pieces after pinning them.  I just got so fed up with sticking holes in my fingers and bleeding on my bears and have found that tacking works for me.  It doesn't take much longer to do and helps to keep my bears blood free  bear_rolleyes

Hi Paula, well I don't think I'm a star just yet but I'm still very proud of myself. Hugs  bear_grin

Thanks very much for your compliments Jane, he's not too small 14 inches (35cm) and do you know, I haven't even given him a name yet.  bear_shocked

First-Bear---DallyMay-Teddies-011.JPGHere is the very first creation of DallyMay Teddies.  I designed the pattern myself and while a very simple design, I am quite proud of myself.  Of course, there are quite a few improvements to make like moving the legs so that they are not so splayed but all in all, I am very pleased with the result.  bear_grin

Absolutely adorable.  Is there anything cuter than baby bunnies?   bear_wub  bear_wub  bear_wub  bear_wub

Thanks to Marylin.  I looked at the picture again after her post and only then saw the baby.  You can just see its big eyes.  A beautiful photo.

They are beautiful little dogs and I take my hat off to you for being willing to give them a home.  They look fairly mature and its wonderful that people such as yourselves can open your hearts to these two little bundles.  You must be very caring, loving people.  I hope they give you many, many hours of love and enjoyment.  Hugs, Coraleen
