Just to start off, I am fine!   It's our 87 year old landlord..  He was in a car accident two days after Christmas.  He was in the hospital for a week.  He broke his pelvis and severely bruised his face.  The paramedics took him to the hospital last night.  He caught Pnamonia.  His wife is really worried!  Jenn

I know how you feel! It took me A year and a half to make my first blanket!  I kept drooping stiches.  I would than have to unravel back to the point of the dropped stich.   Sometimes I caght it early. sometimes not.

They took about 2 weeks because I dont use a pattern.  I make them up so that everything is even.  I have a chrochet pattern for a bear but I cant make sence of it to save my life! :redface:   I learned how to crochet blankets 5 years ago by having someone show me  Laura Lynn has one of my blankets.

How sweet! LOVE the faces.  They look as if someone ticked them!

:hug: Oh Kim, Thankyou!  I do see room for improvement but he was my third bear.  I am, playing with a pattern on my sewing machine now.  Kim I wouldhave never guessed you are a beginner. :hug:   Sophie all three are Crocheted.  The one with green ears out of synthetics.  polyester I think.  The other two are done in mohair yarn.  The red ones shawl is done in chinelle.  I am going to order eyes so I can start working with those.  Jenn
