Eileen, the fur is Mohair....but I can't remember the full detailed description like style...as I got it quite sometime back...as usual, I am quite forgetful
Thanks Julia for your nice compliment. I really like your aged bear , I haven't try ageing techniques yet on any of my bears...worry about over ageing it, and it might probably fall apart
Paula, thanks for confirming the "classic" look..I was a bit confused over how a classic bear should look like...I have the book by Pauline about teddy bears over the years....so many type of design, short limbs, large head...British style bear and so many...so as usual I became confused! hee hee...Thanks for clearing that up...oh yes, I am hoping to join in the challenge...and with my confusion cleared up...will try to squeeze one out before my 2 weeks vacation hee hee...
Jennie, Happy to hear about this...can't wait to see your creation Have fun!
Shantell, YOU GOT ME! For a moment I really thought it would be your last post for a while, phew!! Naughty naughty girl! BUT if really you are going biking with all those hunks don't forget to drop by Malaysia for a Pinacola juice hee hee...of course, treats on me
Best Wishes and Good Luck on your new business Jennie
This is interesting, I've never thought about Custom's rules on bear stuffings...and I do too, use steel shots and stainless steel balls for my bears...a thought to bear in mind when I need to send a bear out to my relatives and friends oversea..
Oh yes, do you think they might prohibit natural crystal chips? I was thinking about using crystal chips as weight for bears...as it is quite difficult for me to get steel shots or stainless steel balls in small quantitiy here.
Hi Penny
I think....Errr......maybe it isn't a wall the "Russian" boys are building...maybe they try to create an elevation for your new garden? And the brick piles near the dwarf tables...could it be the pre-structure for a Balinese style fountain? hee hee...just guessing...
Beary hugs
