pro1.JPGHi all,

Does anyone have a tip were to find really long fur? like almost 4 inches long.
I bought a piece off ebay and it worked for the body of the dog but was not as dense as I was hoping. What I'm searching for is good long dense white for a collie I'm working on.
I need it for the neck.
I wasn't thrilled with the neck hair I did on the sheltie, the hair from the throat down the front of the neck needed to be loner. it's wasn't balanced. There has to be a supplier out there :-)
Thank you for any leads

Hi Laura, Monterey Mills makes an outstanding faux fox fur.  I use it for my Shelties (#17 is on ebay now).  It is not quite 4", more like 3 1/2 "

CR's Crafts carries it.
Keep up the beautifull work

Hi Linda,

Your sheltie is outstanding! I saw it yesterday on ebay. I was in AWE! :-)

Thank you so much for posting and letting me know where you get your fur.
I'll contact them and see what I can get.

All the best and once again thank you
Laura
