TB-004-01-sm.jpgOphelia is the first bear that I made this year. I finished her a little while ago but before selling her I wanted to keep her for a little while.
She is made from a very soft pink mohair.

It took a while for me to decide what kind of matching hand and foot paws I should give her. While searching trough my box with laces (I have soo many that I could start a lace shop myself.... bear_grin ) I found this fabulous lace with the perfect color that I was looking for.

Ophelia was on Ebay.
Below are some of her pictures.

Ophelia certainly is a very pretty bear.  Her fur is perfect for her lace collar, and I really like how you plucked her muzzle clean.

Thank you very much for you lovely comments loveletter.gif

Plucking her muzzle was quite a lot of work. It was the first time that I did it. As a bearmaker I'm pretty new. But I love it soooooooo much.

Ophelia is the 3th bear that I made. I enjoyed it very much to bring her " to life" .
I need to learn much more teddybear techniques and practice a lot. I don't know what my "style" will be, but I love these "classical" teddies very much.
