He is adorable, Tatyana, what a little sweetheart !  bear_wub

Ever since I have discovered a sick hedgehog in my garden, I can't help feeling a special connection to these amazing creatures.
The "hedgehog" mohair looks wonderful too.  bear_thumb

Thank you Peter and Katy.

So Peter did you rescue the edgehog?

Sandy you can ask Natalie with nickname NataStein at http://www.teddy-talk.com/profile.php?id=2241

she might help you with this mohair.
Its really cool one... its not soft as a mohair and the ends of it white color and hard like somebody put it in special liquid and ends stick together!
its give effect of real hedgehog!

Yes, Tatyana, when I found him he was very poorly and weak, so I jumped in my car and took him to the wild animal shelter in town.
They kept him all through the previous winter to get his strenght back and then released him and several other friends back in the wild.
So it was a very happy ending !

Oh thats nice and happy end story!

I remember my brother and me were giving milk to hedgehogs in summer times when we were visiting our grandparents in a village.
they drink it so funny!
ones my brother took one inside of the house and hedgehog probably tried to find way out and was making such a loud noices all night long!
My Mom helped him, she couldn't sleep from his noise all night long. they walk so lound on a wood floor!
so she rescue hedgehog too
we just made a bed for him and blunket and wanted new house for him :)
few days latter another hedgehod showed up with babies
so Grandmum's cow had to share her milk with other friends :)
that was a great time!

Spikey's an adorable little hedgehog! They are hard to get right, and I think you did a wonderful job! We have a pet hedgehog too, and he's so funny and sweet. I've just started making little wool hedgehogs to look like him.
