Personally, I think that if the potato chip and junk food manufacturers and the fast food restaurants closed down and all of our televisions exploded we'd all be a lot thinner and not need diets! (Sorry if I offended anyone!!!!)

I agree with you Daphine! I had a guy at work today, tell me being overweight is a disease. I told him if it was, we already have the cure, less junk food, more excersize!

As for this diet. Anything to make money eh? Funny how in the end, the meals he suggests are low cal healthy meals with healthy snacks. Maybe that's what's working?
