I've been wondering, has anyone tried making their own joints? Cotter pin or nut and bolt. I've just been thinking about  doing it because, although they don't really cost much, it's more about having the right size available when I want it. I'm getting frustrated with having to order then wait for them to be delivered ( I wish I lived near a bear supplier!). I did actually make a tiny one for a mini bear I made, from wire and cut discs from an old credit card, I figured that as it doesn't have to bear a lot of weight, it should hold, and it seems to have worked, but now I'm thinking I could try bigger sizes. Any thoughts? Thanks
