Jasper was made with a pattern by Maryke Bears for my project in a 10 week bearmaking course with Megan Wallace of Tinsoldiers [http://www.tinsoldiers.co.za/Workshops/ … kshop.html]
I really enjoyed the course and Megan is a lovely lady who is very enthusiastic and supportive. Her lessons are well written with lots of colour photos and clear diagrams and any queries are answered promptly and thoroughly by email,it's almost like having a tutor in the room!
I believe the course helped me improve my bearmaking skills and resulted in a better finish in my Teddybear to give a more handmade rather than homemade look.I highly recommend the course.
Hope you like my results.

bear_wub I always enjoy seeing your bears and I think you will have to be upgraded to 'post grad' bear maker as your skills are far too good to be a student  bear_original
