Has anyone ever heard of this name being used by a bear maker?? I am trying to find out if I am able to call myself Blue Yalley bears as I didn't know I had a name very similar to another bear maker.  If anyone has heard of this name please please let me know as I don't want to fall into the same situation again. I feel like such a dill.....

I googled and also checked to see if the name was a registered website addy in any form....org, .net, .com etc. and came up empty handed!

You could check some of the big bear sites like um....
teddybearsearch.com
teddybearshug.com
teddybearsden.com
teddy-bear-artists.com
bears-direct.com

any sites that post tons of links to bear artist website to see if there is anything similar enough that you'd want to avoid it.

But I'd say, in my totally non-expert opinion, that you just might have the thumbs up!!   

I like the name. a lot!!!!
