Ruby.jpgMy son has helped me with a Christmas Avatar and the size seems to be still wrong.
It does not want to load the picture.
Is anyone able to help me please with what is wrong?

Hi Carolyn
the size has to be 185 pixels by 245 pixels.  So it needs it to be thinner and you can make it a little longer, just like I would like to be lol  bear_tongue   Gorgeous bear btw  bear_innocent

Sarah is almost right...

The image has to be 185 pixels WIDE x 270 pixels HIGH. (or smaller)

Your image is too wide causing it not to load.

He'll have to change the width. Then it should work no problem. bear_original
