Can anybody out there tell me how claws are mounted in a teddy?  The only thing I can figure is possibly a dowel is used to create a whole, a clay-formed claw is put through the whole and maybe it's glued on the inside?  I can't seem to understand that though, wouldn't that end up in a mess though if you had to feed them into long limbs?

Oddly enough, my man goes out for walks in the woods and finds deer antlers on occasion.  We were wondering if they could be fashioned into bear claws using dremel grinders (or similar), anybody tried deer-antler claws??

bye for now,

Hi, I don't make claws but those that do on here I think they are made from clay and you poke a small hole at the top of the claw so they can be sewn on????
