Hi, I was curious how to pluck mohair, do i use tweezers and pluck like i would eyebrows? Do the hairs come out easily?

I would say, "yes and yes."

(When I've done it, I've been surprised at how much comes out. It's not only the pile that you see, but also what's entangled in the backing.)

I mostly use tweezers but I also have a 'nostril' hair remover that I use occasionally!

I tend to find it easier to use a pin to pull one end of the mohair back through the backing and then pulling that end bit, lets me also decide if I want to leave one end out to make a straight line of 'plucking' it does mean doing it before the head is sewn and stuffed though.
