Posts: 8,574For the past few months I have been frantically trying to find out what was causing a severe dermatitis that I knew was systemic rather than topical. I figured it was a medication added in the past 6 months or a food change.
So I started eliminating different medications for as long as I could to see what happened when they were added back.
About 2 weeks ago I was getting pretty scared because nothing seemed to be doing it and I was afraid I would have to look at DILU's number one food group.
But I hadn't considered medications that I only take once in a while....
For those of you who 'know' me can you see me without Chocolate?
Yikes!!! 
Well I am so relieved to report, I had another horrendous outbreak today and it was within hours of taking an adjunct medication that is added my strong headache medication when the headaches get out of hand.....like today
Yikes I'm a walking mess but I don't care! It's NOT CHOCOLATE! Yippeeeeeee :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance:
So I look like someone with leporsy but am so relieved. Like most things in life, there is always a good side to our trials.
My hubby, bless him, thinks I'm nuts but I think he's relieved too. Cuzz if mama can't have chocolate, ain't nobody gonna get chocolate..

bears by beesley TMOh you poor sweetie Dilu! I too am so glad it is not chocolate! Meds can really mess you up can't they? Just ask the 25 pounds my meds put on my behind! I hope you feel better Hon!

UKyay thats weight off your mind Dilu. knowing you can still eat the good ole choccie.. i often say if i'm ever in hospital forget the glucose drip just give me chocolate through IV hee hee
