Which browser do you use?

Teddy Talk upgrade works for me with Firefox, but not with Internet Explorer.

TT is compatible with Internet Explorer 8 and higher (IE 7 too, though not officially supported). Please advise which version of IE you are using and what is not working for you and we will look into it. Thanks.

TT works for me with Google Chrome, but it doesn't with IE 11.

I can enter my username and password; I get the message "REDIRECTING; logged in succesfully;...", but I haven't been logged in, because I can't post anything and the "login" text remains in the top right hand corner and I can't post anything.  I have already cleared my browser history, but that doesn't help.  I have also tried it at the office (I don't know exactly which IE explorer we have there), but the same problem occurs there.

It could be a cookie issue. Please try deleting the browser's cookies (Delete and manage cookies link) and visit the site again at: http://www.teddy-talk.com

I have tried that too, Quy, but deleting the cookies doesn't help either.

I am using IE 11 on Windows 8.1 without issues.

Make sure you are accessing the site with the prefix www in the URL and not just teddy-talk.com .

To find out your IE version, click the Gear icon in the upper right corner. Select `About Internet Explorer` from the dropdown menu.

I am using IE 11 as well, but on Windows 7. Maybe that's the problem?
I always use the correct URL with the prefix www.
At least I can log on to TT with Google Chrome, so that's the main thing.

Please check that your computer's time and timezone are set correctly.

Also, I made a change on the server so hopefully it will fix your issue.

This the same problem I had with IE.

In the mean time things have changed - now I am logged in with IE, but it is not possible to log in with Firefox.
