I just was on ebay and saw a gorgeous soft sculpture Pomeranian!!!
I had to share! http://cgi.ebay.com/Artist-collectable- … dZViewItem
Lisa ia a lovely artist who generously helps where she can. Where she finds the time with 6 children just absolutely floors me. She also has a bull terrier and a fox terrier up as well.
Is that dog just fantastic. I would buy it, if I was a millionar.

Oh, Lisa Pay! I wrote her once to admire her work and introduce myself and she was just the nicest person and wrote back a very long and encouraging note in return. She's fabulous, not just as an artist, but as a person.
Nice auction piece!
Yes, I echo Shelli . . . Lisa is an outstanding lady/artist!
She does wonderful work!
Beautiful amazing artistry....Winney
exquisite expressions on her guys!
does anyone know what is 'doll maker's resin' she uses for sculpting noses?
it's resin that's sculptable & paintable I guess - I only know urethane
resin which you mix & cast in a mold.
Her dogs are so life like that some one got angry at her because they thought it was a real stuffed dog! Well......it is stuffed but not in that way. I absolutely LOVE her Afgan hound!
What a talented lady, here's a link to some more of her dogs.
Thank you Kimmy darling, for posting the link.

It could very well be "Aves" which is the epoxie resin that comes to my mind when one mentions "doll makers resin." Definitely "sculptable," as opposed to "pourable," and definitely paintable!
Here's a link... it's just the first one I found... there are probably better prices out there..... You can do WONDERFUL things with this stuff, and it's VERY hard and durable when cured.
