Yep, my dogs feet are smelly too - never thought of relating the smell to certain foods - have to say it is not a bad smell, thank goodness! Nothing wrong with my girls but dogs do sweat/perspire through their feet so that could be one answer to the smelly feet.
Okay, just had to join in - pass, no comment who the heck is Tim McGraw?
Moving on very quickly because I may have just added myself to the old farts society
The person below me is an animal lover and has some of her own.
Very nice looking dog and thank goodness she found you to take care of her and your son in giving her a good home
I know that a lot of time and work goes into making these reborns - but I just find them not to my liking at all and they give me the creeps - don't want to tread on toes but that's how I feel about them - give me a teddy bear any day!
I did watch the clip and couldn't believe how people were taken in by them.
A friend of mine made her first one a couple of weeks back, sent me a picture - she did a good job considering she has never made one before.

I think this is what is called a very BIG OOPS!!
What a bummer and so soon after Christmas but look at it this way a New Year followed by a new machine which equals new bears!! Can't get better than that

My work space is all over the house! Upstairs, downstairs - this room and that room, this cupboard and that cupboard....
BUT! I do keep everything tidy
Great to see others working spaces - a chance to be really nosey and also to get some ideas on storage
We are NOT amused You've gotta love that face - says it all
We will be having a quiet one like most years - like Brenda not a big fan of the New Year - will be all tucked up in bed and hopefully will still manage to keep one eye open as I would like to see the firework display on the Sydney harbour bridge on the TV
HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU ALL AND HOPE IT WILL BE A GOOD ONE!!  :bday:
Hugs Lyn
Yeah, I'm back to work as well - actually I never stopped - just kept on going! I get withdrawal symptoms very quickly
Hugs Lyn
Thanks for all the lovely animal pictures - something that always puts a smile on my face everyday

Thanks for sharing the pictures of the snow, brrrrrr! I especially love the pictures of the dogs
Well I think I can safely say you are more than welcome to the snow that's for sure - all very pretty but no thank you!

A good thinking topic - okay, well I've tried a lot of things a case of been there, seen it, done it
I would really like to perfect embroidered noses - such a pain for me to do! I know practice makes perfect BUT it didn't work for me and I was so happy when I got to use the cabochon noses and also making the leather ones
Mini's I've tried but like Aleta too fiddly for me - needlefelting gave that one up as I was stabbing myself more times than the wool I reckon I'll stick to the mid to larger bears and improve on my work - a really large bear would be a challenge for me as I only do hand sewing - me and sewing machines don't go together very well
Oh yes one last thing I would love to come up with something a little different, but I'm working on it! big sigh!
Hugs Lyn
 Oh dear - but look on the bright side as tomorrow could be such a better day, well I hope it will be
Mine is on the 13th November - yeah, I know unlucky for some but we've done 36 years! Sounds like a jail sentence doesn't it
Hubby gets a bit confused sometimes as my birthday follows on the 24th Nov so sometimes I get a birthday pressie for our annivsary and vice versa

I love reading and I always find a little time each day for burying myself into a book and I can never go to sleep at night without having a read, no matter how tired I am. My favourite reads are murder/mysteries, fantasies, dramas. Lots of favourite authors.
I must be a big woose too as I have read some of Patricia Cornwall books and didn't really like all the gory details Though I do like reading Kathy Reich
Will give Alexander Mcall Smith a try.
Love the TT Christmas tree - what a great idea and the creations are just wonderful
Hope it comes around again next year as I would very much like to join in - time seems to have whizzed pass me this year
Good thinking Paula - I'm not very good at trying to come up with a new one and hubby is too busy at the moment to help me so I've just going to use last years one
Hugs Lyn
Oh what a face! You can literally see the suffering
It looks really nice, peaceful and idyllic big sigh! Me and hubby have driven through the Karoo a few times on our journeys down to Cape Town, so remember it quite well. If you like the quiet life then I reckon you should go for it! A couple of sheep in the yard sounds good to me
I could do with a couple myself!
Hug Lyn
