for my ability to be a stay-at-home -mom and live my dream of being an artist
for choosing to be happy,
for God giving me patience,
for a roof over my head,
for all the animals on our farm,
and for all my friends in the Teddy Bear World
...every day of my life.

Hi Wendy, If it was my auction you saw, that was a total mistake.  I always ship world wide and have bears and other animals in 19 countries.  Most of my work has been going overseas.  I made a mistake on my listing on B4B which read that I woudl not ship overseas......which is not the way it should have read. Since I did not notice my mistake and no one brought it to my attention it stayed on my listing for the entire week and  may have cost me the sale.

Thanks Chloe.  My daughter wants me to do more lambs.....especially with black faces and legs like her pet lamb Jolene.     I must put that on my to-do list.  Oh...and my daughter saw your sloths and she absolutely loves them,

Hi Jane.  I sure don't know the song but enjoyed the Whose Line clip.  Good luck with finding out the name of the song.  Hopefully someone here will know.

Oh my.  How many bears n my collection?     In my bedroom alone I have over 65, then two in one of my bathrooms, then two curio cabinets full...then a high plant shelve with bears ( and a Queen Cow), then the sofa, and my kitchen has bears....I even have a tiny cheeky bear in my purse.   Then there are bears in my children's rooms,,,they have artist bears as well as Steiff and Merrythought.

One of these days I should count them all.

Some of my favs are Merrythought.  I love my collection and play with bears on a regular basis.

I agree with Us Bears ( sorry, I don't know your first name)...I am just going to have fun with Photo Elements 7 and see what happens...after I get a bear finished for the oh bearz show this month.

Oh that last photo is so cool.  I love that forest.  Where did you get these backgrounds, if I may ask?

I had Photoshop Elements 4.0 but when I tried to install it today on my brand new pc it "said" it was not compatible with the new windows program.  So, I went to Best Buy and bought Photoshop Elements 7.  I am going to give it  go tomorrow.  I'll just play with it at first and see what happens.  Thanks for all the tips about creating duplicate photos first.  I am also going to download GIMP to my Mac......nothing ventured, nothing gained.  Thanks for all your help!!

I get stuck on cutting and pasting an image into the blank page.  I am going to get this, I really am.

Thanks everyone for your input.  I have had Photoshop Elements for a while but gave up trying after several attemps.  Tami I am going to try your tutorial after I install my program into our new pc.  I have been only using my Mac for the last few months but I really want to give this a try.
