I know the Arizona desert has its own beauty but I don't think I could live anywhere where it doesn't rain.  I love the rain.

It really is great to be living in an area where there is such wonderful.  Here where I am (Secunda, South Africa), there isn't much wildlife at all. 

Well done to you for beating cancer, Paula.  I lost my beloved Grandma & Grandad to cancer.

I agree with you about the pins stuck in you, Lisa    I think the whipstitch is a very good way to go about it and have begun using it instead of tacking (basting), especially around the difficult bits like the nose and pawpads.  Thanks for the tip. xxx Coraleen

I also live in South Africa and have signed the petition and like Paula, I despise cruelty to animals.  I always think of what Ghandi said, I can't remember the words exactly but it was something like a state of a nation is shown by the way it treats its animals.  It is so true.  Good luck with the bill. Too cute!!! I also only saw the mother cat at first, then I saw the posts and went back to the photo and then I saw the kitten.
