I do agree with Lynette. Its definitely stress. I always dream vivid horrible dreams when I'm worried and stressed.
I think the best way to get rid of them is to talk to someone, maybe a therapist or a helpline. A stranger probably being the best idea as they will just let you talk about all your worries without trying to solve them.
OR have a worry bear. Get a favourite bear and when you have a nightmare or disturbing dream,go and sit down with him and tell him all your worries and upset.The act of just talking about it, even to a bear could help you to really relax and feel alot better.
CRAZY but it could well work !!!

Clare, I have always wanted to go to Cheddar Gorge. Its one of those places I always see signposted when we are on our way to visit my Dad in Cornwall but never get time to stop and see. Will have to take a special trip just to see it !!!!

Kick those guys to the curb ( he he he) and let me come and live with you. I will do all your housework so you can just concentrate on bears. Then I'll do all the annoying bear jobs, tracing patterns, cutting out and trimming the fur off the seam allowance !!!

I'm really glad you are well. What you go through is something that I can only imagine and is also something that I would never want to go through BUT in recent years we have also had a couple of SMALL tornadoe twisters that have been reported.
The weather is Freaking out !!!
I watched this programme which stated that if a massive chunk of the polar ice cap falls into the sea which they think will happen in about 10 or 20 years it could seriously damage what they call the global conveyor belt which is a big system of cold and warm water and how it moves around our planet !!!
Then we'll see some serious weather. That is why I think that Global warming should be the top of every goverments agenda !!!What does it matter if we have good education, nice hospitals and pensions if the planet is going to the dogs !!!
I mean if every house in Britain or the world had solar panels on their roofs, how much natural energy like oil & Gas would be saved!!!

I know what you mean about petty peolple who want the item delivered 10 seconds after they paid for it. A lady once left me neutral feedback because I posted an item on the Thursday (day after auction ended) & it didn't arrive till the Tuesday. She forgot to take into consideration that an Easter Bank Holiday was in between, with a Good Friday & A Bank holiday Monday !!1
So I responded to her feedback and kindly pointed that out !!! Anyone reading my feedback would have seen the pettiness of her comments. She loved the item she bought !! Go Figure !!!

Hello All Ladies,
I also have run a business on Ebay selling bike spares. The way I look at it is this. If the buyer is good, I will always leave positive feedback before they give it to me. If they have a gripe usually they will e-mail you first before leaving neg feedback, so it can always be sorted out !!
If you do get bad feedback you can always respond to it. Which customers can always read.
If someone messes me around though, I will leave negative feedback because if they are doing it to everyone they will end up with lots of negative feedback & then people can avoid them.
One guy messed me around alot and when I threatened to leave him neg feedback, he left it for me saying some very rude words, which I then used to report him to Ebay and he got kicked off!!!
I think if you sell enough, then someone along the line will always be petty and say something bad because they are small minded!!!
Never be afraid to flex your muscles as it may also help someone else make a buying mistake !!!
