Christmas is on a Sunday ... so we'll go to the early service.  Then home for coffee and orange rolls, gift opening, watching movies and general loafing around.

It'll be just the four of us this year, which will be very nice.  I'm going to CAN the traditional Christmas dinner and do a lasagna and salad.

Mine are 22 and 19, so we don't get up early anymore.  BUT ... when they were younger, we had an understanding that they could get up and get into their stockings.  We always put something in there that we knew would entertain them for at least a couple more hours (of sleep for us)!

Have a good one Teddy Talkers, whatever you do!

Does this mean we've failed?

I don't get ANY magazines! Like I said, I've been working in the closet all these years!
I'd be happy to split the cost with someone.

Stephanie, I'll split a subscription with you.  Send me your mailing address and I'll do the legwork.

Deb

I'll split the subscription cost with you!

If there are a lot of you who don't already have a subscription and want one, may be you could pair up and split the cost? This just seems like too good an offer to pass up.

Anyone else, if she already has found a taker ... I'm interested in pairing up and splitting the cost of a 1 year.

Great idea Bonnie!

Shelli ~

You're up pretty dang early (or up pretty dang late) ... one of the two.  I couldn't sleep.  Up soooo early.  Thanks for the links.

Deb

In the summer ... my favorite is a Malibu Baybreeze.  Never had a Manhattan, but I see there are a bunch of different recipes.  Will have to try one.

This martini bar has a WIDE variety of martini recipes.  Some great, some not as good.  I'd never had a creme de menthe.  Wasn't crazy about it.  Let's see ... my max is two to really enjoy ... and we (gals at work) go out maybe 3 times a year.  It'll take me  another couple of years to get through their menu!

Shelli, there's a Cosmopolitan martini recipe; yum.

Laughing here... me, Adobe's unpaid salesperson.

$50-$90?  I thought Adobe Photoshop was about $700.  What's Elements?  Condensed version?

Deb

That top photo is to die for.  Absolutely adorable.  Great bear Clare!

LOL ... no, you're a featherweight.  I'm a lightweight; I had just two ... a Purple Hooter (YUM) and a Creme de Menthe (so-so).

Hey, none of you girls were there ... (but I thought of ya).

bear_grin  bear_angry Miss Daphne,

This is Santa talking, hear? Keep away from that box, you naughty girl, or you might find nothing but a lump of coal inside on Christmas morning!  bear_tongue

Eileen

Oh Eileen ... now THAT is funny!

Deb

We're OUT of this office early ... and off to have a couple of best martinis in New York State!  (JUST TWO ... or have to call a cab!)

Join me?  Wish you all could.

Deb

I do both inside and outside prior to stuffing.  Not sure it's the easiest.  I'm gonna try pre-clipping seams one of these days.

Deb

YOU'RE AWFUL!

I'll pray for you.

She sounds like one of those people that will definitely hang herself, given enough rope ... and Ebay is definitely a whole lot of rope.

I thought I read something in Ebay about conflict resolution procedures.  I'd try Penny's link to live chat to see if you can get some ideas.

Me too!  Hey ... they keep telling us we should have a healthy work/life balance!  Did they think I was going to balance it between 7 and 10 pm for Heaven's sake?  bear_grin
