I thought my hubby was sweet when he let me go out and buy a new car all by myself 

I have been selling on Ebay for awhile now, and for the first time traded at a show this year.
I must admit I am now totally adicted to shows 
I had such a great time I want to do it again!!!!!
My plans are to do a few interstate ones, but as I would be going by myself, I need to get up the courage first.
I was thinking of doing a Sydney show as my first interstate show, so I hope by the time my courage is up they haven't all disapeared.

I have found that EXPOSURE is what helps where ebay is concerned.
I was doing really well on Ebay untill I had a break from it to concentrate on shows.
The more bears I had on there regularly the higher the price I would get for my bears.
Just something to keep in mind.
I know it's a catch 22 situation for you because of the cost of fees.
But if you look at it as advertising, it does make a diference.
Your bears are wonderfull, maybe it's just a case of letting people know you are serious.

This is day 5 of absolutely no hearing, before that I couldn't hear much for a few days.
I am starting to get worried again 
I am running out of anti-biotics and there is no sign of improvement.
I did try to sit with my head over a bowl of steaming Eucaliptus, but that didn't do anything except nearly chock me.
Now I am wondering how I am going to make an appointment at the docs when I can't hear what they say 

Don't feel too bad Aleta, I think these computers have a mind of their own anyway.
Just when you think you have figured them out they chuck a wobbly and go nuts on you.
I thought I would be smart and upgrade my brouser, only to find that my favorite programs didn't want to work.
Computers are so frustrating. but then when you do manage to achieve something on them it makes it all the more worthwhile.
Sometimes looking at doing things from a diferent angle can help.
Maybe if you put down exactly what you were trying to do one of our computer buffs could help you.

Oh Clare, you have given me hope of returning to my normal self.
I must admit I was getting real worried, it's been four days so far of complete deafness.
And yes it is really frustrating. 
I had to go to the chemest for Hubbies Insulin and couldn't hear how much money I had to pay, I just shoved  all my money at the girl serving me so that she could work it out. 
I figure she looked pritty honest and at that stage I couldn't give a dam anyway. 
I did buy some books while I was out, because I don't enjoy lipreading from the TV.
I am just not with it enough to make bears at the moment still, but I did crochet a little blanket for one 
Thats all I have acomplished in two weeks 
I started reading the book when I got home and it is really great

Hi All, I have definatly been in the wars lately.
I have been laid up with a bad virus for over a week, couldn't do a thing except sleep.
I did go to the docs, as I had a badly infected ear as well.
The doc gave me some ear drops, and a few days later when I went ALMOST completley deaf I went to another doc.
He was abit stunned at the other doc giving me ear drops, and put me on antibiotics.
It's been four days since i started the anti biotics, and now I am completely deaf.
I am hopeing this is only temporary  :pray:
I had no idea on how frustrating it can be.
Hubby keeps popping up out of the blue and starteling me, then he disapears and I have no idea on how long he left the room, if he is still in the room, or he has gone out altogether.
One thing though, now at leat I can try to catch up on whats going on in the world of TT. 
Can't hear the Telly to see whats happening in the rest of the world though

Sometimes when you are feeling a little low, it pays to just go and wonder through the garden.
I spotted this little Blue Wren in the garden, and he actually posed for some photo's 
They are usually so quick that there is no way I can catch them with the camera.
