Great question - yes, I have often worked on my bears, when traveling on the ferry, always great to make use of ones time.

Hi Brenda,

My husband had this a while ago, from working on his computer for long periods.

A friend of ours is a Doctor and he suggested to take a tea towel and holding the ends in each hand, then using a twisting motion, which strengthens the muscles.
Also getting one of those little soft rubbery balls, you can get from physio and squeezing it hard.

I hope this might help, it seemed to work for my husband and he has not had the problem since.
Good luck, as this can be such a painful thing.
