Teddy Talk: Creating, Collecting, Connecting

My son has a chance to get a baby rat, I have had almost every rodent under the sun and love them, hamsters and mice are my favorite, but I have never had a rat, my mom was terrified of them. I hear they make GREAT pets and they are really cute, I just know nothing about  them.  Has anyone had them and are they good pets. This one he wants is sooo cute I don't want to make a bad choice, please help.

I am sure I am like a lot of you, I am in LOVE with Michelle Lambs work, she is so amazing and this piece she has up now is so wonderful, I love the book and she has really captured the soul of the character. :love:

I am hoping to get some newspapers from all of your areas involved in this and when I asked my paper, they wanted a picture of the bear I am doing, so I am sure they will want to see your bear too, so before you call, I will post some important info on here that Chrissi and I are doing, that will give you more details about this project and have your bear ready for a possible picture.

Don't they look so soft and silky, man these are cute!

They are so good, the ears she uses like a suede and makes them feel so real. I don't know how she does the faces, the pictures just don't capture how great they are.

Tina I am so sorry to hear of all the bad things you have had to endure, I know how you are feeling in the last year and a half I lost my best friend , my grandma and my Mom, you do feel like "what could come next?"  I just commented on one of your pieces, I am so glad you are back here and working , your work is wonderful and it is so nice to see you on here!.

OK I met the most wonderful artist when I went to the bear show in Kohler and I bought 2 of her wonderful mice, all her work was amazing, but I have a weakness for mice/hamster/rats/bunnies and I ended up buying more then I sold

The brown mouse sits at my computer  and I was telling a friend about them and when I went to show her, I realized the person who made it didn't put her name on the tag. She sells under the name J&J Studio , I don't think she has a website and I would love to talk to her again.

Any help would be great.

Is it the little girl in the pink dress?

Here they are, the picture doesn't do the actual quality of the card justice. I would recommend anyone who is wanting to have a way to promote themselves this would be the way to do it.  Maybe Julie would be willing to have artists takes their cards to local card shops to try to get them placed, Julie do you care if I take your business card you included in my note cards to a local store to see if they may want to carry your product?

I can't post them, my scanner is not working , isn't it funny I  hardly ever use that stupid thing and the one time I want to use it,  it will not work   I will take a picture of them and post that.  They are so nice I was amazed.

Nope , I almost feel like giving you 2 entries for having to deal with your mil.

I wonder if this is really expensive to get the program to do this?

I got mine today too, Man it was so great to see so many wonderful bears by some really talented TT's . The really hard part will be , how on earth do we pick just one in each area, I think that will be impossible!!!!
