I read the update a few minutes ago and thought I was going to be sick  This cub has totally captivated me.  I'm with you Joanne, I just told my husband I don't I know if  can follow this anymore it just breaks my heart.  That being said, I'll keep praying that she gets well, but also that I just accept whatever the outcome may be.  I won't give up Hope, she is one tough cookie !

Please meet 7.5" Carney made from recycled champagne & dark brown mohagany mink fur.  The fur almost looks black indoors, but more reddish brown in the daylight outside. He has 5 screw/locknut joints, wired arms, dark grey glass eyes with black pupils, and a handmade clay nose.

WOW...... I am cautiously excited at the newsflash that someone spotted a lone bear cub in the area .  The research team is there looking for the cub that they think may be Hope.  This was confirmed  on Facebook by someone who just spoke to Sue Mansfield.   I just pray that it is her,  it will be heartbreaking to have this glimmer of hope and it not be her, or that they can't find the cub.

I have spent the entire day checking, checking and re-checking for updates.  The interview from this morning was a little dis-heartening   However, I am trying to remind myself that there is still a 50/50 chance that Hope is ok.  Maybe she is just confused and afraid, hiding in a small hole somewhere waiting for Lily to find her scent.  The searchers wouldn't see her , and maybe hearing them is making her stay in hiding.  I expect she will only come out for her maaaaaa  .  It's just as possible as the alternative right   :pray:  :pray:  :pray:  ???  It's the not knowing that is tearing at my heartstrings .  I've shed lots of tears for this dear little soul and Lily today

My heart just sank reading this !!! How sad.  I've been watching their progress everyday.   I am heartbroken, and praying they find our little Hope  :pray:

I am pleased to introduce 7.5" Sully.  He is made from cotton lined recycled mink fur.  He has all the usual ...glass eyes, wired arms, 5 joints, steel beads for weight.  He has an inset muzzle and tummy,  and I haven't made one like that in awhile so it was fun .

I'm lifting you and your family up in prayer Lenora.  May God's grace and mercy carry and uphold you all through your son's recovery.  What a scary time this must be.   I have a son who races motorcyles and I worry about such things .

The only one I can think of that is anywhere near you- about 90 minutes away  ( in St. Clements)  is Disco Joints.  Chris and Karen provide  awesome service and they will be at the show Daphne mentioned.  If you look on their website   http://discojoints.on.ca/  and see somethings you like  they may even bring it to the show for you to buy there.   It's worth emailing or calling them

Edie, all my international parcels seem to be  taking longer also, usually 2-3  weeks to England and I am much close than you LOL.  I think they are getting hung up in customs.

Oh, I echo what each of you said.  I am one of those staring at the empty den wishing for one more glimpse of the girls.  I keep thinking I hear familiar little sounds, but who knows.  I feel so sad    , but I'm sure that they are feeling free and a new sense of adventure.   Just wish we could watch them exploring outside the den too.

Maybe they couldn't handle the thought of more fans from all of Dr. Roger's TV appearances this week
