WSPA are struggling to fill all the places on the Bear Adventure this year. It would be such a shame if this great event could not go ahead.

I think it will hit the shelves tomorrow. Apparently there was a slight delay at the printers. I have only seen the iMag so far, but I know that the hard copies are ready and in the middle of distribution. I also cannot believe that Argyle Street, Glasgow only has one copy! I live in a tiny town and our local Newsagents has five copies - and they did before I was Editor as well! Having said that, with only six issues a year a subscrition is by far the best way of getting it as soon as it is printed.

I am wondering why we would have teddy bears if not to cuddle them? I never go anywhere overnight without Teddyadam and I must confess that he sleeps in my bed as well.   

lol - Ok - I will make sure that Meerkats get their place in Teddy Bear Times - as for Chris and those articles, I really don't think that most people realise just how true they are! Yes, I really am that chaotic. Maybe I should get him to write something about living with a  Magazine Editor and how the fluff all over the house has been joined by sheets of paper. Also how he gets asked to read through several articles as he steps in from work. Hmmmmmmmm - I think he might enjoy that one!

I adore meerkats and many is the time my husband has come home from work to find me in tears because I have been watching Meerkat Manor. They obviously have a huge influence on my work because more that one person has said that my bear faces remind them of meerkats! I would love to design a meerkat when I have a little time and maybe we could have some meerkat coverage in Teddy Bear Times.

Even though Teddy Bear Times is published every two months, it still seems to come round very quickly.

I have extended the deadline for Teddy Bear Times Celebrates Midsummer Madness - I am guessing it is quite a difficult theme when many of us still have snow on the ground! So, you can now have until next Friday - 19th of March to send me pictures of your bears with about 40 words of how they fit the theme. This article is not a competition but a celebration of all things teddy bear (and friends!) and it doesn't have to be a new bear, it can be an old bear that has been dressed up for the occasion.

Also, if you have any little stories about Hugglets or good photos of your bears that went there I would be interested in seeing them as well.

Lastly, any news, new ranges of bears, beary experiences etc., that you think might interest Teddy Bear Times readers please send in for Teddy Talk.

Jane - you are a complete hero! I really tried to get right round and talk to everyone but failed miserably. Just one photo I'm not so keen on - the one of the very stange woman hugging Andy West!

I had a great time putting together the Teddy Bear Times feature for New Beginnings. I am really sorry if anyone's bear didn't make it - I had a really great response and ran out of space.

There is no criteria for getting into the article, except for a bear that fits with the theme and, of course, a good photo to show them off.

There is still another couple of weeks until the next deadline for 'Midsummer Madness', and I look forward to seeing all your bears so that Teddy Bear Times can celebrate all over again!
