Help I have just been asked to make a bunny bear, I shall need to make a pattern, but never having done a bunny, I don't know where to start all my heads look like bears with long ears, I know I am missing something (probably obvious) but I have a mental block and cant get passed it. Does anyone have a rabbit head pattern I could get a look at as a starting point I hope one of you teddy friends can nudge the brain box and start it running
Yes I love bats we used to have them living in our loft space in our cottage in Cornwall.
They are a protected species in the UK so it was just as well we like them.
And sorry I don't know about Doris Day
I just got this e-mail so Im a happy bunny
Hi Estelle
As Tandera bear has been a topic for discussion in work, I brought her in today to show my work colleagues before my mum get it Fri, and as a result my boss would like one just the same but without the growl, if that’s ok with you he needs it before 24th April if possible
Please can you post it to my work address for the attention of *– he would like the bear to be call fruit bat (pet name for his wife)
As you can see I seem to have become admin for his gift buying
I will post you the cash as soon as you confirm the price plus postage etc sorry can’t remember
Many thanks

I don't know if this will help. I only design traditional style bears, I always make a large hump back and place the head slightly forward on the body. I make the arms long and curved (long enough to rest on his toes when sitting), to balance the hump I make a large tummy this helps balance when the bear is standing, and he will need long feet if you want him to stand alone. I have posted some pics on showcase
Brilliant thank you sooooooooooooooooooo much
Thanks Kerren sounds very good. I e-mailed but the address didnt work do you happen to have a phone number for him, sorry to be a pest. You can e-mail me if you like
thanks again
hugs Estelle

HEEEEEEEEEElP please

I have just heard the shop in Todmorden that sells my bears is moving into the old Victorian town hall next year, so I had some fun with the idea. The statues disappeared from the plinths outside many year ago so they were vacant , too much for naughty bears

He is so great Ilove his face I think he should be called "Spirit". I have just read they have saved Bear forest in British Columbia ( the home of the spirit bears) I think it was agreed on 7th February after a 10 year fight. He looks such a spirited bear having climbed all the way up that tree
and he has the same colouring as spirit bears
take a look
